To obtain a lien search from the City of Miramar, please complete the Lien Request Form(PDF, 180KB).

Submit the completed form, along with the applicable fee (check made payable to the City of Miramar) to:

The City checks for the following liens:

• Delinquent Account Balances
• Water and Sewer Account Balances
• Special Assessments

For balance update, please email wbcustomerservice@miramarfl.gov (available within 60 days of request at no additional charge).
