Senior Center Membership

All interested individuals 60 years of age and older are encouraged to visit one of our beautiful centers located throughout the City. Please contact one of our Social Services representatives as registration is by appointment only. New members will receive a membership card, Voice of Ages newsletter and a monthly activities calendar

Required Items for Registration

  • 2 Emergency Contacts (name, address, phone number etc.)
  • List of Medications
  • Picture Identification
  • Primary Physicians Information (name, address, phone number etc.)
  • Social Security Number
