The mission of 2-1-1 Broward is to provide 24 hour comprehensive helpline and support services for individuals in our community seeking crisis intervention assistance and/or information and referrals to health and human services in Broward County. 2-1-1 Broward can help you find food, housing, health care, senior services, child care, legal aid and much more. 2-1-1 is a central "go to place" of Broward's network of health and human services, facilitating connections to all of our agencies. Child Care Licensing & Enforcement

The Child Care Licensing and Enforcement (CCLE) Section of the Children’s Services Administration Division of the Human Services Department is responsible for the implementation of the state-mandated licensing of all child care facilities in Broward County. Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe

Child Care Resource and Referral is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. To reach a CCR&R specialist, please call 305-646-7220. We are the front door to find information on services and programs. We are families’ source for child care and parenting related needs. There is no charge for our services to parents or providers. Florida KidCare

Through Florida KidCare, the state of Florida offers health insurance for children from birth through age 18, even if one or both parents are working. When you apply for the insurance, Florida KidCare will check what you may qualify for based on age and family income. Apply online now, enrollment is open all year.
