Free Recycled Paint!

The Recycled Paint Program offers residents the opportunity to apply for FREE recycled exterior paint. The recycled paint is made from paint collected thru the City’s monthly Household Hazardous Waste collection events and re-blended into a high-quality latex paint

Due to the overwhelming response to the Recycled Paint Program, Recycled Paint is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
