Parc View Townhomes

  • Parc View Townhomes will consist of 66 newly constructed townhomes.
  • All units will be two-stories and consist of two or three bedrooms.
  • The development will have four-unit types to choose from with various features such as walk out balconies and garages. Units will range from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet with each home having a private back yard.
  • In addition to nearby local public amenities such as the Vernon E. Hargray Youth Enrichment Center and the Historic Miramar Aquatics Complex, residents will enjoy immediate access to a passive park, including a youth playground and walking trail.
  • The passive park, highlighted in green, will be developed for access to the residents and community for leisure and outdoor activities.
  • The park will be just under an acre of green space located on the west side of the development.
  • The passive park will include shade trees, a walking trail, and seating areas.
  • A youth playground will also be installed for the community to enjoy.
  • The construction of Parc View Townhomes is estimated to commence in the Fall of 2023
