Employee Self Service
The Employee Self-Service (ESS), is a web-based application that give employees the ability to view their personal payroll, benefits and leave information. Through ESS, employees can update or change personal information such direct deposit, W-4 and home address.
To log on to the ESS secured website, employees need:
- User Id: Employee Number
- Password: Last 4 digits of Social Security Number
Information that an employee can view:
- Job profile
- Address (campus and home)
- Earnings
- Payroll Taxes
- Insurance
- Retirement and Savings
- Vacation and Sick Leave Balances
- W-2 elections
