The SafeHouse Program is a vital initiative to provide support and sanctuary for residents facing various forms of abuse.

The Miramar SafeHouse Program is tailored to assist individuals confronting threats of abuse spanning Intimate Partner Abuse, Domestic Violence/Abuse, Sexual Assault, Commercial Exploitation, Elder Abuse, and Child Abuse. By offering a secure environment and access to critical resources, the program endeavors to empower survivors and foster a community dedicated to their protection and well-being.

The SafeHouse Program designates all Miramar Fire Rescue Stations as an immediate safe environment where an individual or family facing a crisis can seek refuge to escape, report and/or seek medical treatment.
