Rental Assistance Program

This program provides up to $8,000 to assist eligible households with the required upfront rental deposit (first and/or last month’s rent) and/or utility connection/start-ups to move into a new unit.

This is a one-time grant provided by the City of Miramar and is not on-going monthly rental assistance.

The Rental Assistance Program is administered by the City of Miramar in conjunction with the City’s consultant, Community Revitalization Affiliates, Inc.
