The City of Miramar uses social media to share updates and engage with the community. While we welcome your comments, questions, and feedback, our pages are not monitored 24/7.
City officials and employees may communicate through these platforms, and all interactions—whether from the City or the public—are subject to monitoring and may be disclosed as public records. Users should not expect privacy when engaging on our pages.
The City of Miramar reserves the right to remove any content that violates laws, City policies, or community standards. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Profanity, obscenity, or vulgar language
- Personal attacks, threats, or harassment
- Discriminatory or offensive remarks based on legally protected characteristics such as race, gender, religion, disability, or national origin
- Spam, repetitive postings, or links to unrelated content
- Comments that are off-topic or unrelated to the post
- Endorsements or advertisements for products, businesses, or political organizations
- Copyrighted or trademarked material posted without permission
- Private or confidential information, including personally identifiable details
